Our story
Ventrader QLD was built by people who have spent decades in the vending industry, working on machines, sourcing parts, and helping operators make their businesses work.
We started from a straightforward problem: too many vending operators were getting poor advice, unreliable repairs, and machines that didn't suit their needs. Technicians with limited experience were misdiagnosing faults and ordering unnecessary parts. Suppliers were pushing models based on margin, not fit.
Our approach is different. We have seen what works and what doesn't, across dozens of machine brands, hundreds of locations, and thousands of repairs. That experience shapes every recommendation we make.
